Dr. Lahoud has held senior management and leadership roles in healthcare organizations in various countries. She is a highly recognized expert in strategic and operation planning, performance improvement, risk management, policy development, clinical practice guidelines implementation, facility management & safety, and project management. Her extensive experience in healthcare management equips her with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and requirements of achieving and maintaining JCI accreditation on an international scale.

Dr. Lahoud has led successful quality improvement initiatives and safety practices during her senior roles. These efforts have resulted in tangible improvements in patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and operational efficiency, demonstrating her ability to drive real change. Her track record of engaging with diverse stakeholders, from front-line staff to senior leadership, instills confidence in her ability to deliver results.

In 2014, Dr. Lahoud took on the role of a consultant at Joint Commission International. In this capacity, she provides international services and education activities in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. Her primary focus is to guide healthcare organizations through the accreditation process, from initial assessment to on-site mock surveys. Her expertise ensured these organizations' compliance with JCI standards, leading to their successful achievement of JCI accreditation following the hospital, ambulatory, and enterprise accreditation standards.

Dr. Lahoud actively participates as a speaker at national and international conferences and lectured to university students. She also published research papers and gave poster presentations on topics related to clinical practice guidelines implementation and quality improvement projects.
