Field Review

Joint Commission International (JCI) is pleased to announce that work is in progress toward the fourth Edition of the Joint Commission International Accreditation Standards for Hospitals. The objective of the standards revision process is to ensure JCI Accreditation standards are focused on the highest priority issues relating to patient safety and quality. These new standards will be effective for all organizations currently accredited, for all initial surveys and all resurveys after 1 January 2011.

The Field Review will be open beginning Monday, 22 February 2010 through Friday, 12 March 2010.
