Sabine Pollanz has more than 15 years of experience in human resources management, quality management and change management. She has first hand experience with accreditation preparation with expertise in project management, and is also fluent in German, English, Italian and Spanish.

Ms. Pollanz has experience as trainer, consultant and coach in the fields of human resources management, change management and project management. She is experienced in the development of educational programs, selection of personnel and human resources development and in project management.

At Landeskrankenhaus Villach, Austria, an acute care hospital with 750 beds, she has been working in the fields of human resources management, quality management and public relations. Some of Ms. Pollanz’s experience with health care and acute care hospitals includes serving as a project manager implementing JCI standards and coordinator of the internal quality team at Landeskrankenhaus Villach, Austria.

Ms. Pollanz has been a JCI consultant since 2006. She led her organization through successful Joint Commission International Accreditation surveys. She has presented at conferences and JCI Practica in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and the Americas regarding JCI standards, accreditation preparation and quality management. Ms. Pollanz has several articles published regarding accreditation, patient safety, professional education and quality management.
